Typhoon Birthday

For William's birthday, the original plan was for him to do a 5K fun run.  He kept saying he wanted to have dinner with Stefan's family.  I said it wouldn't work, 'cause he was running, and Stefan had soccer.  So when Typhoon Roku  came through, William got his birthday wish.
He'd wanted cookies at school instead of cupcakes.  So, his birthday 'cake' is a cookie brownie type.
We had his favorite dinner:  Chicken breast strips, alfredo fettucine and spinach.
The Anthony's brought their gift for him to open, instead of waiting for the party.
LEGO!  Funny thing is, he already has this, but since 3 tiny parts were missing, he was glad to have this one.  BTW:  I did request replacements from LEGO.  They say that they weigh each box to ensure there's everything included.  However, occasionally a small part or two will either be added or subtracted.  Not big ones.  Anyhoo...  Since Sponge Bob was his birthday theme this year, he was very happy.
Mummi Kay and Eno Brad got him a Cars 2 backpack.  It's nice, because it is a bit smaller than the one he had.
And Kristi got him a Cars2 lunch box and thermos.  He is SET!!!
He was excited to get this LEGO gift certificate.  He got the Harry Potter bus, CITY small car and police motorcycle with it.  He had to add some of his allowance money, but we paid the shipping.
From us, he got a huge marble machine.  He is starting to build it here.
