I have to laugh at the ground daikon and ginger.
These pickles were pretty good.
Unagi is eel. The sauce makes it taste so good! It reminds me of a teriyaki sauce. The soup is eel liver soup. I didn't care for it.
But they decorate it so beautifully!
Alice, on the right is a new friend of mine, and she is awesome to hang out with. I had never done an unagi restaurant before, so I'm happy we went!
