Boy Jack-o-Lantern

Whereas Wm's first tooth fell out easily on our vacation, the upper teeth have been a hard fought battle, and eventually, they come out. We video'd so many attempts of his to pull it, but he'd chicken out.
One friend asked when he's lose his tooth. I said, "When he has the gumption to pull it." Stefan then said, "The gum should do it?" We laughed at that one for quite awhile.
Finally, after the tooth behind it was literally pushing it out of his head, we tied a string, then he panicked. It ended with me grabbing the string, and him not realizing it had gone until he tasted the blood. Then he bawled. The babysitter was arriving at that moment, and I wondered what she thought of the hullabaloo. Hubba bubba bubble?
William found that the Japanese tooth fairy gives ¥100, which is currently $1.20, which makes him very happy.
