Shower Room

In Japanese houses, the toilet room is separate from everything else (so European). The laundry room usually has the sink you'd wash your hands in, and a shower room. The shower room is really big. A soaking tub is also in the room. The water is recirculated, and kept at whatever temperature you deem hot enough. Really nice. They don't cleanse in the tub. The shower first, and then just relax in the hot water.

The shower room, therefore, is large enough for other activities. All the boys coming back from the park dirty can shower at once. Defrosting a kegerator refrigerator? No problem!
The shower hose can be clamped to the wall, or used as a sprayer! Life is GOOD! When done, hose and scrub the shower room down. There's even a de-humidifier in there, if you need to dry anything out there.

Since the laundry vents inside the house, you have to use a dehumidifier 24/7, anyway!
